The managing director and research manager of Fundstrat Global Advisors explained why Dorsey's departure from Twitter is optimistic of crypto.

Tom Lee, Managing Partner and Head of Research at Fundstrat Global Advisors, believes that Dorsey's resignation of Twitter is optimistic about the cryptomarkt. In an interview with CNBC on Monday, he was asked what Dorsey's exit from Twitter means for the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency ecosystem.

"One thing that should be considered is that crypto is the interface between financial services and technology. This is literally 60 % of the economy.
