Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy promises inviolable law, Bitcoin to own and use
The democratic candidate for the office of US President entered the "Nakamoto stage" of the Bitcoin conference in 2023 to make some strong promises.
Robert F. Kennedy announced his own experiences with Bitcoin and explained that he would protect the rights of the Americans to keep and use the asset if he was elected president.
"As President, I will make sure that your right to own and use Bitcoin is inviolable."
Kennedy added: "I am a passionate and lifelong advocate of bourgeois freedom, and Bitcoin is both a exercise and a guarantee of these freedoms."

Bitcoin is freedom
The presidential candidate told the audience that Canada's hard action against truck drivers who protested against the COVID 19 restrictions was that had aroused his interest and understanding of Bitcoin.
"When I witnessed this disaster, this devastating use of state repression, for the first time I realized how important free money is like freedom of expression," he said and added:
"Bitcoin is a bulwark against exactly this type of expansion and the penetration of governments and companies."
In his proposed presidential agenda, he also outlined plans to free Bitcoin mining operation from electricity tax and to enable the Americans to reduce BTC at home to create prosperity.
The step is in blatant contrast to the tax proposed by President Biden on Bitcoin-Miner, which represents another nail in the coffin of the crypto industry in America.
Kennedy also announced that he would be the first presidential candidate in the history of the United States that will accept the election campaign donations in BTC.
political personalities behind Bitcoin
At the Bitcoin conference in 2023 there were several remarkable political speakers, including former congress member Tulsi Gabbard, Senator Cynthia Lummis and the presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy. Kennedy Jr. is the nephew of the 35th US President John F. Kennedy.
Senator Cynthia Lummis joined this opinion and explained: "Bitcoin is something that corresponds so much with the American values that we have to make sure that it is protected, promoted and innovated here in the United States."
