The TCS Group Holding, the owner of the Russian Tinkoff Bank, has reportedly acquired a majority stake in the crypto company Aximetria. Aximetria documents quoted show that the TCS Group on November 9 bought 4,449 shares of 100 Swiss francs each ($ 110) and was CHF 534,700. Its representative informed the news portal that the details of the transaction are published in accordance with the established disclosure standards in the group's annual reports. 
"Aximetria will develop as part of the international expansion of the Tinkoff Group in compliance with all the requirements of jurisdiction for international presence," added the company. His website confirms the takeover and points out that the startup is already part of the TCS Group Holding PLC. It also indicates that Aximetria was one of the first companies that have received the approval of the Federal Financial Market Supervisor ( Finma ) for processing crypto transactions.
