The Swedish financial supervisory authority has registered the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange-Binance-as a financial institution for administration and trading in virtual currencies in the Scandinavian country.
This is the seventh EU country in which the platform received such a license, with the previous six countries of Italy, France, Spain, Poland, Cyprus and Lithuania.
