Roche Freedman operates after the AVA Labs scandal around

The confirmation of the new gig of Roche comes immediately after being displaced from his old practice, where he no longer holds equity.

"We focus on continuing to offer our clients first -class representations and are proud of the law firm's success. We wish Kyle the best for his future activities," a spokesman for the company told Blockworks.

This company, which used to be called Roche Freedman, has now been renamed Freedman Normand Friedland.

Roche's role there was heavily burdened after it was claimed that he was involved in a secret pact with Ava Labs, the developer of the Avalanche Blockchain.

Roche, who works as a lawyer for Roche Freedman, allegedly agreed to lead collecting lawsuits against the competitors of AVA Labs in order to obtain sensitive information and to distract the exam from the crypto company.

in secretly recorded videos, Roche described himself as an internal crypto expert from AVA Labs and claimed that his skills were directly due to his persecution of complaints against "half of the companies in this area".

Both Roche and Ava Labs rejected the allegations and claimed that they are "categorically wrong". Nevertheless, Roche later withdrew as a lawyer from several legal proceedings and Roch Freedman was fired from a class action against the StableCoin issuer Tether.

Ob Roche, in addition to Keyfi, represents other companies as a legal advisor, is still unclear. The lawyer did not answer the request from Blockworks for comment until the editorial deadline.
