Twitter boss Elon Musk hands over the post to the new CEO and takes on the role of the CEO
Elon Musk announced that he has found a new director for Twitter and will take on a new role as chief technologist.
While Musk has not yet named his successor, reports indicate that Linda Yaccarino, managing director of NBC Universal, could possibly replace him as the new director of the microblogging platform.
"I am pleased to be able to tell you that I have a new CEO for X/Twitter. It will start in about 6 weeks! My role will switch to CEO and CTO and supervise the products, software and sysops."
