Crypto Wallet Metamask emphasized a warning in which users were asked to deactivate their iCloud backups after Apple's service was exploited in a phishing fraud of an estimated $ 650,000.

"I received a call from Apple, literally called back from Apple (on my caller ID) because I suspected fraud and it was an Apple number," said Iacovone tweeted . "So I believed them asked for a code that was sent to my phone, and two seconds later my entire metamask was deleted."
