Some-including a lawyer who represents Africrypt-have indicated that the attempt to accuse the Cajee brothers will probably be unsuccessful. They argue that an agreement that has agreed to a majority of investors before it is reimbursed to give the mysterious investor control over all of their claims against Afrcrypt.

as before by bitcoin.com news had reported a majority of Africrypt investors approved the conditions proposed by Pennython Project Management LLC, a company registered in Dubai. According to the proposal, investors would be paid 65 cents for each dollar invested.

Although Pierce is quoted in the report, who admits that some of the investors he represented were actually reimbursed, however, he insisted that investors "still advance criminal proceedings because money is still lost".
