Institutional investors say that the SEC will increase prices with more power to regulate crypto - regulation

Institutional investors are optimistic that the US stock exchange supervision SEC has more powers to regulate the cryptom market, as a current survey shows. They believe that the prices of cryptocurrencies are positively influenced if the SEC is granted additional powers.

The report contains a survey and interviews with 50 asset managers and 50 institutional investors in the USA, Great Britain, Germany, France and the United Arab Emirates (VAE). Together they manage around $ 108.4 billion.
The report explains that security concerns are at the top of the list, why institutional investors are skeptical about investments in crypto-assets. According to the survey results, 79 % of all respondents see the custody of assets as the most important aspect for investments in the crypto room. The report continues to determine:

The majority of respondents are optimistic that the Sec will receive more powers to regulate crypto-assets. Among them expect 76 %that this will be granted this year.

If the SEC is granted these additional powers, 73 % of institutional investors and asset managers believe that this will have a positive effect on the price of crypto and digital assets, and 32 % believe that this will have a very positive effect.
