Michael Phillips, the President of Jamestown, agrees and believes that the future of real estate is "the well thought -out integration of the virtual and physical world, optimized for user experience". According to the announcement, the virtual one Times Square in Decentraland will be in the sections -106, -119. At the party, music and entertainment acts including "Dach-Vip lounges" are offered.

There will also be live feeds of the real Times Square Ball Drop celebration in New York. DCG, Decentraland and Jamestown are not the only ones who organize a New Year's Eve party. Paris Hilton is plan an electronic music set for nye on its virtual roblox island called "Paris World".
