Decentraland Silvesterbash to recreate one Times Square, Paris Hilton as a DJ in Roblox - Metaverse
In the metaversum there is a New Year's fiesta called MetaFest 2022 Global Party organized by the real estate company Jamestown and the crypto investment company Digital Currency Group (DCG) in Decentraland. Michael Phillips, the President of Jamestown, agrees and believes that the future of real estate is "the well thought -out integration of the virtual and physical world, optimized for user experience". According to the announcement, the virtual one Times Square in Decentraland will be in the sections -106, -119. At the party, music and entertainment acts including "Dach-Vip lounges" are offered.
There will also be live feeds of the real Times Square Ball Drop celebration in New York. "Metaverse is an important part of the development of real estate and the built -up environment," added Phillips. "While physical real estate is largely limited to people with a geographical proximity, metaverse people all over the world can enable virtual experiences to locate meaningful access." The restoration of the One Times Square in the Decentralum Metaversum is part of a more comprehensive strategy for digital assets to develop and improve our physical real estate for Web 3.0 and to open up new ways so that our assets can exist in several meta verses in the future.

DCG, Decentraland and Jamestown are not the only ones who organize a New Year's Eve party. Paris Hilton is plan an electronic music set for nye on its virtual roblox island called "Paris World".
"For me, the metaverse is a place where you can do everything you can do in real life in the digital world," said Hilton in an explanation. The celebrity and entrepreneur added:
Not everyone can experience that, so we worked on it together in the last year - to give them all my inspiration from what I want in this world.
