The Coinbase cryptocurrency exchange announced on Tuesday:
Today Coinbase announces that we take over Agara, a AI-based support platform with branches in India and the USA.
"We are planning to use Agaras powerful deep learning and conversational AI technology to automate and improve our customer experience (CX) tools," explained Manish Gupta, EVP of Engineering from Coinbase.
he added that the improvement of the CX "continues to be a top priority for Coinbase". In the past few months, the company has quintupled the staff in support. It was also announced that telephone support and live messages will be introduced around the end of the year.
