Coinbase shares predictions about the future of the scalability of Ethereum, Metaverse, Defi, NFTS -

The Chief Product Officer from Coinbase has some predictions for 2022 in terms of scalability of Ethereum, the meta -verses, decentralized finances (defi), not fungible tokens (NFTS) and more.

The Chief Product Officer from Coinbase, Surojit Chatterjee, divided Last week 10 predictions about what the crypto industry does in 2022. The predictions cover a number of cryptothemes, including eth scalability, zero-Knowing technology, decentralized finance (defi), not fun token (NFTS) and the meta verse.

Metavers created by users will be the future of social networks and will threaten the advertising -enforced versions of social networks of today.

"Brands will begin to actively participate in the meta personation and NFTs," he continued. "NFTS and the metaverse will be the new Instagram for brands." In addition: "Web2 companies will wake up and try to penetrate in web3 ... and metavers. However, many of them will probably create centralized and closed network versions of the meta verses."

In terms of regulated defi and the "advent of an on-chain-KYC certificate", the coin base manager explained that "many defi protocols will include regulation and create separate KYC user pools". He detailed:

Institutions will play a much greater role in defect participation ... The growth of the regulated defi and on-chain-KYC certificate will help institutions to gain trust in Defi.

The Coinbase Manager further predicted that "defi insurance will arise" and emphasized: "In 2022, sustainable insurance protocols will appear to protect users that guarantee the funds of the users from security breaches."

The predictions also cover the scalability of Ethereum. The executive said:

ETH The scalability will improve, but newer L1 chains will have a considerable growth-because we will grow the next hundred million users at KROPTO and Web3 welcome the challenges of scalability for eth will probably grow.
