The IT decision-makers of the Saudi Arab government have named blockchain as one of the six technologies that they want to prioritize in 2022 and beyond, according to a survey. According to a Datatechvibe report that quotes the latest YouGov survey, artificial intelligence and machine learning are the technologies that want to prioritize 77 % of those surveyed. About 65 % of those surveyed stated that they will give the Internet of Things (IoT) priority, while 51 % provides that they will concentrate on cloud technology.

Predictive Analytics (38 %), Robotic Process Automation (36 %) and Blockchain (35 %) complete the list of six technologies that want to prioritize IT executives from this year.

In relation to the three primary areas that will be on the agenda of the Saudi government organizations, the report said that 67 % of the respondents called human capital management, while 61 % cited company resource planning. About 56 % stated that core solutions, while 41 % said that customer experience and predictive analytics were a priority.
