TRON network reduces freenet limits from 1500 to 600 to reduce transactions with low value
tron has announced in a current tweet that the network has implemented the proposal to change the freenet limits. This proposal will change the freenet limit, which means that the daily free range for a single account drops from 1500 to 600.
The developers of the TRON network continuously improve network performance because the tron blockchain network grows and attracts more and more users. In order to meet this increasing demand, the developers have decided to change the freenet limit in the network and reduce it from 1500 to 600.
Tron said in a Twitter contribution: “Tron officially initiated the No.87 Voting Request at 13:40:06, 2023-07-03, Singapore. Time of the expiry: 2023-07-06 14:00:00. Account changes from 1500 to 600. “
The main goal of this change is to reduce the volume of network transactions that are classified as "low value". After the proposal comes into force, the users can send two free Trx and TRC10 transactions. The proposal will also support the sending of a free TRC20 transaction.
A GITHUB post entitled "Proposal: Adjust Parameters of Bandwidth Model #560" describes the motivation behind the proposal, the solution to the problem and the long-term effects on the tron ecosystem. The contribution, which was shared by Halibobo1205, a developer of the Tron network, shows that the number of transactions in the tron network has increased.
The transaction volume in the TRON network has increased to over 11 million, which is significantly higher than the daily transaction volume in the Ethereum network. In order to make the network more stable and prevent fraud, many transactions with low value were found. Some accounts used the daily free bandwidth to carry out large amounts of transactions with low value, which led to an impairment of network resources and hindered the development of the network structure.
By adequately reducing the daily free bandwidth, transactions with little value are no longer supported by many accounts. The developers of Tron are encouraged to submit new ideas and contributions to further reduce the influence on other transactions in the network.
