Trust Wallet: 28% price jump thanks to Binance Star and Kraken Alliance!

Trust Wallet (TWT) posted an impressive 28% gain on Friday amid a general decline in the cryptocurrency market. This increase follows the release of a new roadmap that promises some exciting developments for the platform. Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao acknowledged Trust Wallet in a post on X, increasing confidence in the token's future development.

Trust Wallet's new strategy aims to evolve beyond everyday financial operations into a full-fledged trading hub. Planned features include innovative prediction markets and perpetuals with leverage options of up to 100x. Additionally, the platform plans to introduce personalized staking and lending options as well as launch a new Launchpool program aimed at early-stage projects.

Partnerships and new features

On Friday, crypto exchange Kraken announced that Trust Wallet will integrate the new xStocks feature into its platform. xStocks is a tokenized stock brand developed by Backed that will offer tokenized versions of U.S.-listed stocks in select non-U.S. markets. This expansion could significantly increase the attractiveness of Trust Wallet for investors and traders.

Currently trading at $1.19, the TWT token has gained more than 46% in value in the last week. Zhao explained that the TWT token originally started as an experiment and 99% of its supply was burned because there weren't many use cases at the beginning. This remarkable development shows how the dynamics surrounding Trust Wallet have changed in recent weeks.
