Walmart brand registrations indicate the intention of the retailer to produce meta-verse and NFT concepts-

According to a recently published report, the American multinational retail group Walmart Inc., which operates a department store chain, is apparently preparing to get into the industry of non-fungible tokens (NFT) technology and meta-verse concepts.

• The brand registrations deal with cryptocurrency solutions, blockchain technology and non-fungible tokens (NFT) assets. A specific submission describes downloadable software that can use digital currencies and concepts such as augmented reality.

• In a statement sent to Thomas, Walmart told the reporter that the multinational retail group "continuously examines how new technologies can shape future shopping experiences". However, Walmart refused to tell Thomas from the seven specific brands.
• "We are constantly testing new ideas," a Walmart spokesman told the reporter. "Some ideas become products or services that arrive at the customer. And some test, iterate and learn from them."
• Another Uspto registration from Walmart talks about a virtual reality game (VR), which contains a virtual version of a walmart business and a large number of goods that sell the retail chain. The virtual items or NFTS could represent health articles, personal care products, terrace furniture, electronics, household appliances, clothing and sporting goods.
