The Euler Finance Drama

The Defi credit protocol made headlines in mid-March after Hacker violated his security and on crypto-assets. The culprit borrowed a considerable amount of money via Euler's platform and later deducted the tokens in a so-called Flash Loan attack.

Shortly afterwards the entity offered Data Preserver-Spaces = "True"> The perpetrator has to keep around $ 20 million back if it returns the remaining funds. They hesitated to accept the deal and instead mixed the crypto just a few hours after the proposal was published in Tornado Cash.

The hacker behind the exploit called "Jacob" changed his attitude towards the end of the month and sent ETH back to the protocol worth over $ 100 million. In the following days they went even further, sorry for crime and the return of more assets.
