The Israeli police arrested eight suspects in connection with cryptocurrency fraud after searching her houses and confiscating evidence. One of the suspects is Moshe Hogeg, a well -known owner of the Beitar Jerusalem Football Club.

The Israeli police arrested eight suspects on Thursday who allegedly stolen dozens of millions in a cryptocurrency fraud.
The arrests were made after officials of the anti -corruption unit Lahav 433 searched the police's apartments and offices of the suspects. They collected evidence and confiscated objects in connection with the investigation. The investigation lasted several months and showed suspicion of money laundering and tax offenses, the police said.
One of the suspects is Moshe Hogeg, owner of the Beitar Jerusalem Football Club, an Israeli professional football club that plays in the Israeli Premier League.
The police said that the suspects had “systematically” operated a cryptocurrency fraud system over a long period of time. The police found that they had cheated investors in several crypto projects and said:
