Court dismisses charges for tax fraud against Microstrategy from Michael Saylor
The Supreme Court of the District of Columbia dismissed a civil lawsuit against the American business intelligence company Microstrategy, in which the company had helped its co-founder Michael Saylor to avoid income tax payments.

"The court did not dismiss complaint against Mr. Saylor, the claim that Mr. Saylor had failed to pay personal income taxes, interest and due punishments. A status conference in this case is planned for March 10, 2023. The final result of this matter is currently not determined," says the file.
