Fantom starts NFT marketplace Artion

On September 24, 2021, the Fantom Foundation announced the introduction of a new marketplace for non-fungible tokens (NFT), which aims to compete out there with the countless NFT markets. The market named Artion is an NFT marketplace that is built on the Fantom network and claims to strengthen "0% commissions with almost zero transaction costs".

A new NFT marketplace is announced by the Fantom Foundation according to the NFT sales worth several billion dollars that come from experienced NFT markets that use the Ethereum ( eth ) network such as OpenSea, rarible and makersplace.

In recent times, the Ethereum network has had other blockchains such as Avalanche (AVAX), Solana (SOL), Binance Smart due to excessive network fees and transaction congestion.
