He argued that the primary cryptocurrency in democracies could thrive and fight in totalitarian countries.

In a recent episode by Simply Bitcoin, Alex Gladstein presented himself as an enthusiastic advocate of the leading digital asset and wies on his main advantages there. He believes that it can repair damaged democracies and offer people a financial alternative during the current turbulence.
Gladstein sees it as an embodiment of freedom, freedom of speech and decentralization, which means that it could thrive in democratic nations. On the other hand, she has little chance of success in "tyrannes and police states" that prefer to monitor people and restrict their freedom of money.
