ETP emitters 21aktia rented Karl Hagerup to lead the company's presence in Scandinavia and the Netherlands.

Hagerup comes from State Street Global Advisors to 21shares, where he started working for the SPDR ETF business of the asset manager in July 2018. He was responsible for institutional and major customers in the entire Nordic region, including asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, hedge funds and more family offices.

The manager was previously Head of Nordics at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and also held sales functions in the region for the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and Bloomberg.
