The NBA basketball team, the Houston Rockets, has teamed up with Nydig, a leading provider of Bitcoin solutions, to be the team's official Bitcoin service partner. The deal will offer the team opportunities in connection with cryptocurrencies and Nydig enable an exclusive presence on the team's social, digital and arena platforms. The full amount of sponsorship, which was not announced, is paid out in Bitcoin.
