In addition to the payment of $ 4 million-which are used to pay part of the debt of the crypto company-the investor is also ready to separate from $ 1 million that are used for the acquisition of 51 % of the shares of Africrypt and the intellectual property rights of the company.
"Not the worst deal"
Actually, as the Moneyweb report , a majority for the believer voted Offer because this is a more realistic result for many of them. This feeling is aptly summarized by Ruann Kruger, the legal representative of Africrypt's liquidators. Krüger said:
Some seem to believe that there is useful intellectual property in the company, and the idea is that the company will acquire this as part of the compromise.
According to an Africrypt investor who did not want to be identified, the presented rescue offer is not quite bad.
"It is not the worst deal that you can hope for. We may get 40 cents or 50 cents back into the edge, and the company can be revived so that the other funds will be brought in over time," argued the investor.
