FTX Advokater søger at interviewe Bankman-Frieds familie og indre cirkel for økonomisk indsigt –
Ifølge retsdokumenter i FTX-konkurssagen forsøger selskabets advokater at stævne FTX-medstifter Sam Bankman-Fried, hans bror Gabriel Bankman-Fried og hans forældre, Joseph Bankman og Barbara Fried. Derudover planlægger advokaterne at interviewe nogle af Bankman-Frieds centrale stedfortrædere, herunder FTX medstifter Gary Wang, tidligere Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellison, tidligere chief operating officer Constance Wang og børsens tidligere tekniske direktør Nishad Singh.
