The London Stock Exchange uses the digital trading platform to start trading with Bitcoin futures and options

The number of countries that approve different types of Bitcoin futures trade continues to increase, whereby Great Britain is the latest example.

The London Stock Exchange Group has tapped Global Future's options to start offering the nationwide first regulated trade clearing for Bitcoin index futures and option derivatives.

  • Although the exact date of the product introduction is still unclear, the expectations of both parties indicate that the product will see the light of day in the last quarter of the year.
  • You said that the index futures service is billed via LCH Digital AssetClear Bar. The latter will be a new segregated clearing service, which was developed by the British trading platform for digital asset derivatives-GFO-X-and approved by the Financial Conduct Authority.
