British post office adds option to buy Bitcoin via the Easyid app-recommended Bitcoin messages
The Easyid app of the British post office adds the option to buy Bitcoin from this week. Using the free usable Post Office app, customers can access Swarming Markets, a regulated crypto exchange, to buy Bitcoin and Ethereum.

British post introduces an option to buy cryptocurrencies via Easyid, its ID verification app. Postal customers who have verified their identity with the app can buy vouchers that can be redeemed against cryptocurrencies.
The Easyid app will offer access to Swarming Markets from this week, according to Telegraph publication and adds that the app has "tens of thousands of users". Swarm markets based in Berlin, a crypto trading platform regulated by the German financial supervision Bafin, announced on Friday:
Swarm Markets has teamed up with Yoti to offer users of the mobile Easyid app a safe and easy way to offer btc and eth vouchers by credit card or bank transfer-as well as access to the world's first licensed defi [decentralized finance] platform.
According to the publication ", Swiss Post does not receive a commission for sold vouchers, but is paid for by Swarm Markets for the use of your ID verification software".
British Post launched Easyid in August through a partnership with the digital identity company Yoti. According to Yoti, Easyid is accepted at over 25,000 locations in Great Britain, including 11,638 post office.
A spokesman for the post was cited with the words: “Access to products and services is increasingly shifting online and we have reacted to this change by introducing our free app post office easyid that enables people to build their own safe digital identity on their smartphone and enable them to easily control and prove who they are, regardless of which company they interact want. ”
