Alibaba Cloud creates launchpad for providing metavers on avalanches

Alibaba Cloud-a partial amount of the Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba-has developed a platform for companies together with Avalanche to provide metavers on the Layer 1 blockchain.

The platform, known as the "cloud verses", is intended to serve as a one-stop-end-to-end solution in order to simply adapt, start and wait for their own meta-severse area and thus create new dimensions for the binding of customers.

In an explanation, Raymond Xiao, Head of International Web3 Solutions, Alibaba Cloud Intelligence, spoke about the strong demand of companies in the Asian-Pacific area that want to penetrate into the web3 space due to the increasing popularity of blockchain technology and meta verse. Xiao added further,

"By introducing the meta-verse launchpad on avalanche for cloud verses, we are pleased to offer companies a way to boost their meta-verse trips and drive innovations and new opportunities for your company and at the same time improve the customer experience."

The partnership between Alibaba Cloud and Avalanche goes back to December 2022 when the two companies announced an integration in order to advance Alibaba Cloud's node-as-as-a-service initiatives. At the same time, the cloud computing department of the Chinese conglomerate, infrastructure and tools began to support users based in Asia in the introduction of validators in the network.

The web3 strategy of Alibaba Cloud

In the course of strengthening its presence in the web3 area, Alibaba Cloud recently presented plans to accelerate the growth of a more integrative and safer modern internet based on blockchain technology.
